01 I am looking for a product that is not in your assortment, what should I do?
Send me and email and let me know what it is you are looking for.
If you need me to put together a start kit or another kit, inform me I will do my best to help you.
02 I am a crafter myself and would love to have you sell my products, how do I go about it?
If you are a crafter and feel that your products would work well in my store I would love to hear from you. Please note, I will do my best to accomodate all enquiries, but if I feel that your end product does not fit the feel of my store, I reserve the right to deny exposure.
03 Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, I do. Please be aware that with natural products like soaps, there may be restrictions.
04 My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Each order will be issued with a tracking number which you will receive via email.
I will work with you to find your parcel or work to help you resolve the issue.
